I know Ramieri has done inframalar implants and bimax in the same session, but I'm not sure if it's feasible to do jaw implants (wrap around, I have dreadful lack of bone mass everywhere) in the same session. Anyone know if it's possible?

I need bimax, jaw implant and inframalar implants. If I can't get the jaw implant in the same operation it probably makes more sense to just get the bimax first and then do all the implants once it healed, right?

You can do jaw angle implants during bimax but you cannot do wraparound jaw implants

So if I wanted a single-op solution:

Bimax + genio + jaw angles + inframalar

I'm not sure this will give a good result though, I really need more mass in my jaw and chin rather than additional chin projection from genio.

Can you do jaw angle implants during trimax?

Yes it does not make a difference if its bimax or trimax since chin is miles away from the jaw angles anyway

Lifefuel. I wonder what can be done for a narrow mandible, obv chin wing is impossible during the trimax I'm guessing + Idk if it's worth it; and you said wraparound implants too.

Narrow mandible is such a fucking failo in men.

Tbh I think it is better to do implants after bimax is healed. This is because often the bimax creates a step off along the mandible, especially with CCW. So if you let it heal and do another 3D CT you can then get custom implants to cover the step off.

Do you need general anesthesia for the implants if not you're right, not worth it.

Edit: @valhalar fuck,

Answer: Jaw Angle Implants Require General Anesthesia

When you refer to jaw implants for facial widening, I assume you are referring to jaw angle implants. Unlike chin implants which could be done under local anesthesia, such is not the same for jaw angle implants. These implants are placed from inside the mouth with an incision way back along the jawline, posing much more difficulty than placing chin implants. in addition, lifting up the large masseter muscle on each side of the jaw to place angle implants is not a manuever that can be done very comfortably, if at all, under local anesthesia.

If you want you can send me pics of face and xray and I can try to help

This seems sensible.

So, plan of attack:

1. Get the bimax done by a local maxfac surgeon working with a local orthodontist. A world class aesthetic result isn't needed here - as long as they can perform CCW it's fine just to correct the occlusion and jaw position. It should be cheaper and easier to arrange this way, and the result will be sufficient as I'm not relying solely on bimax to ascend me.

2. Once the bimax heals, get the custom implants done by one of the big names that are constantly mentioned on here to add the bone mass that's currently lacking in my jaw and infras (bimax can only add projection, not mass). Be conservative with the design because it's easier to top up the size a little with fillers than to remove the implants for shaving.

3. Small amounts of fillers on top of the implants if required and as needed.

Sounds reasonable?

then why coceancig says you need to wait at least 6 months to get jaw implants?

theoretically yeah but no one does this. the most you can do with a wraparound is a genioplasty OR bimax + jaw angles but not wraparound.

Classic case of getting what isn’t needed.

Instead focus on your trash orbits and upper eyelid exposure that would yield a much better return

U look good when I cover up your eyes, confirming there is zero need for bimax

You are absolutely right but it's a separate issue that will hopefully be solved with inframalar implant, fillers, and/or botox reverse brow lift.
That can be done any time - the logistics, recovery and cost are far less impactful than bimax.

The jaw surgery is necessary as I have class 2 malocclusion and a recessed mandible as well as various crooked teeth. Might not be too apparent on that photo. You may notice I'm beard frauding hard - take away that 5-10mm of "growth" and my jaw is extremely weak.

Your problem is that you look old. Skin quality, fat pads, collagen.
How old are you?

I am old - 28.

Skin quality is getting better slowly thanks to tretinoin and ghk-cu but fat pads are definitly gone.
I'm actually very lean but I don't look it because I'm boneless. I see a lot of filler in my future.

Maybe he likes women 25+ bro they like that look
They like me, I don't like them.

Why dont you like women over 25?

They won't just invite me over to fuck like uni age girls will (they want dates, even for casual), and they're not as sexually adventurous (submissive).

It feels like most women 25+ are also in a relationship so its more difficult to hook up with them, do u agree?

I only go on Tinder - I don't cold approach or have any social circle. I do not have the SMV for that shit.
They won't hook up directly but you can easily slay them by pretending to be boyfriend material, they are desperate at that age.
