how can I avoid these problems?
I cant choose surgeon since Im getting it via insurance

I mean most of it is surgeon, and it could happen either way. But if you dont do big movements it will be less likely.

I wont pm result. I got 5 mm upper, 12 mm lower 5 degree ccw 1,5 mm down. Bimax

Upturned Nose

Canthing of the maxilla aswell, widening of the nose, lip icompetence, deep mentalobial fold, more prominent nasal folds of too much impaction during ccw

Yea, i mean i ofc think aboilut some what ifs. But the planning and execution will never be 100 procent the same. And i would so slightly more down graft like 1,5 mm and maybe 1-2 mm more forward

Its some discomfort and you wont sleep good because you will sleep upright. Otherwise its decent but you feel vulnerable. And eating is kinda weird and also the eating of soup and mixed food
