Bringing the lower jaw forward will make the angle worse/higher. What do I do about it than?

Ah, the dilemma of the upper maxilliary recessed.

You can either sacrifice your ideal facial convexity (because everything is perfectly recessed in harmony) to have a disharmonic mogger jaw, or not.

Supra implant and mid face implant won’t help because the nasal base position will not change.

Rhinoplasty to lengthen your nose to fix the angle that way will look shit.

Basically without Lefort 2 there’s no good solution to this face type.

Infras on their own won’t change any of your facial ratios at all. Pretty safe bet in my opinion, mainly a youth fraud.

They are usually very small implants, consider trying it out with dermal fillers to get a feel for the size and shape you want.

Another thing is, bcuz of my small jaw I have lose neck fat even at low bodyfat.. so would need to get fat removal there.
Have u had fillers? I feel for my undereye area I need a lot at least 0.5 ml per eye.

It’s a fucking mess as stated!

I’m still in consult phase but I’ll certainly go with one of the usual suspects for the surgery. Too important to fuck it up by trying to hunt new cheap surgeons.

141 is ideal, 145 is NOT ideal, @thecel has 147 and we've all seen his side.

measured again, its acutally exactly 141... so nothing should be done then?

Every good male face has 141 with decimal deviations NEVER breaking into the 140 or 142 range.

Tbh head tilt, having an ogre browridge or very big chin can skew the result. 141 is indeed ideal but 2 degrees max above or under that is not really gonna destroy your side profile. Also something might be wrong with his nasal projection since that alters the result as well (prob why thecel had 147, very recessed nasal spine).

Probably, from the pics you sent they look pretty normal. You also mentioned your upper third being more forward grown than your front so most likely developed just fine. Nose projection shouldn’t be an issue in the vast majority if cases if caucasoid, only differs in blacks and asians

Yeah you definitely should, i suggest reading this thread https://looksmax.org/threads/the-falio-of-a-recessed-anterior-nasal-spine.335467/ in case you didn’t know what an anterior nasal spine is. Your nose tip should be much more dvances than what it currnetly is. You might need some sort of implant to increase your nose projection, that and trimax would benefit you.

Tomorrow I will have a consult with a local maxfac surgeon who apparently does a lot of implants including infra orbital rims.
I'm obviously recessed and need Bimax, but should I ask for certain things like CCW? My chin is recessed but it is long, though I have a compact midface.
