Serious post.
In accordance with my parents and my orthodontist, I'm considering getting a bimax and currently Im undergoing several appointments, including a local implantology, Dr. Kater from Bad Homburg near Frankfurt a.M. and Dr. Kühle from the University Clinic of Heidelberg. Kater mainly because I know he does minor patients (Im 15, turning 16 very soon) and he is successful with putting the cost onto insurance. Kühle because I've only really seen positive results and several people talking about him, sadly he hasnt answered me yet whether he would operate a minor however I could also get it at 18 with insurance still covering it, if certain requirements, like a large enough overbite, are still met then. The last part is a big issue because my ortho suggested some device that pushes forward my lower jaw so it remodels and closed the overbite by a few more mm, that would 1. give me a smaller distance for bsso which would reduce the risk of nerve damage but also 2. leave me at an overbite too small for insurance to cover the bimax and having to pay that myself would absolutely fuck up my surgery plan since I also have to get LL at some point to be a human If insurance doesnt cover tje bimax, I would have to use (atleast a part) of the LL funds to get the bimax. Since I dont know too many good bimax surgeons in germany and this all happened pretty quickly, I can't do enough research.
Can I get some opinions on these surgeons and suggestions for other surgeons?:owo:

@AustrianMogger @hopecel271 @Jesus_ist_König idk whom to tag help me out guys:trepidation:

The plan would be to include aesthetic planning in the insurance covered medical bimax and cover those costs myself*

Insurance generally is willing to cover it here, however @hopecel271 got insurance to cover it without having any measurable complications so I believe atleast Kater is pretty influential

Are you german? Generally your orthodontist can tell you whether you fit insurance requirements
Here its 6mm difference from the lower frontal teeth to the upper ones

Yeah I've seen people claim bad results too and I know he's not the best aesthetically
Doesnt mean hes trash and I never even claimed he was good
He has a lot of experience thats it

Offensichtlich frag doch auch noch andere?

Suggestions?
Honestly this forum glazes the italians way too much.
Same with LL discord glazing dr birkholtz.

Reality is most surgeons can do movements. Dr. Kühle is very good.
Else i can suggest you some austrians if you have to pay.
If you can get it for free in germany then do.

Yeah I'll try :owo:

Dr. Zarniball oder so
Nah dont go to that retard jfl
Talked someone i know out of bimax to get a chin wing only instead :ROFLMAO: now he is getting bimax years later after zarrinbal gaslighted him. He is way overrated due to PSL a decade ago

Dr Ebker is also in germany, not sure about the insurance stuff. I have seen some very aggressive movements with his cases, definetely not a conservative surgeon

Rather him than kater. After @hopecel271 still looking majorly recessed i wouldnt trust this nigga with a jaw surgery

Yeah, I dont like several of his aesthetic results either, I'm going to him purely for the insurance thing and because I definetely think he will argue in favor of bimax, which is important to convince my parents
