Disclaimer: yes I know because she is female it’s alright but over if a man with this bone structure did this

anyhow. Shortening a long face in theory sounds good but it doesn’t translate to real life. Why? Because shortening the face with maxillary impaction and ccw rotation means the soft tissue of the face is stretched over less skin,hence why her ogee curve and hollow cheeks are gone.

so basically the most important thing is having bone support for the face, you want bony prominence, this is why many ppl with what Mike mew would call downswung faces still look good , because they have strong bones and why someone with proper forward growth may look like shit if they have genetically weak bones

so skulls that may look anatomatically ideal may look like shit at the soft tissue level and vice versa. This is why some of the greatest bimax ascensions have been maxillary downgrafts

Wait did she get reverse bsso? Also downward grown faces still can look good, but it depends how downard grown the face is. If only a little bit, then yes. And stop coping u need bimax and lf3 to ascend.
