Midface recession was only 1 of his failos. Another one - LONG midface. No operation for that.
High forehead another one. He needs a hairline lowering, it will dramatically improve his face.
And ofc, due to his long midface, his chin seems short.
To somewhat control his proportions, he needs more facial width. Some kind of jaw implant for width and zygo fillers or sth. This will somewhat bring his midface into proportion with his skull overall.

PS. also, he looks a LOT better after Bimax. No way it is a failure. He is actually quite good looking on the right, in his age group.
From 4/10 -> 5/10. Good progress.
