I am considering getting Bimax done in Bangkok Thailand with Dr.Amongporng who was trained in California, so his skills and knowledges are on the same tier as the American one for the price of only 5k

The titanium plate that being used by these mainstream cost only 15$ IRL it is the same plate for the mandibular reconstruction. You are so naive to think that the surgery cost alot because of the material.

Can anyone from Italy tell me if ramieri offers financing on his surgery? 20k will take time for me to reach, if he can offer the surgery on 50% down payment and rest on EMI then i might consider it, I'll also talk to some banks in my contact.

If not I'll just go the best Indian maxillofacial surgeon i know, SM Balaji. He'll probably do everything within 10k, he also focuses on aesthetics as per his website
