Bimax for Aesthetics

Do any of you know any Maxillofacial Surgeons who will perform a bimax for mostly cosmetic surgery in the USA?

I have yet to meet any, but I fear that when I do they will turn me down because my bite is fine.

Just about every maxillofacial surgeon will agree to that

No man plenty of cosmetic maxillofacial surgeons, your insurance likely won’t cover it tho
