Bimax for short face syndrom highest roi?

I have getting a bimax and genio in march of next year. With a doctor who places big importance on aesthetic.

He has done great work and showed me cases he’s worked on similar to mine. And they look great.

I have short face and it’s been my brightest insecurity.

From what I’ve seen online there’s a lot of mix feeling on bimax some say it’s essential other say it’s over rated.

I think when it comes to sfs it has the best roi. From what I’ve seen from his work and online.

Do you think I’m cherry picking?

I also want to get a rhino but that would be after the bimax.

Yep SFS have those life changing results. I don't think the 4th pic is a good result though. Its good from the front but the profile could be waaaaaaay better.
