Leaning towards genio only - any advice?

Also side profile is fucked but front profile is okay. Got a steep gonial angle which makes bimax hard since a big CCW is needed. Leaning towards normal genio as it’s more simple.

genio would help your looks but you have to realise this result you’re going to live with the rest of your life. Bimax would ascend you much much more. Just have to make sure the doctor is blackpilled and has looks as a priority not just function

Also if insurance is covering your bimax then it would be absolutely foolish to go with genio

If you think that then get off this forum... like the poster above said your jaws look completely screwed getting a genio only won't help your looks much. If you were mildly recessed I could justify opting for genio only but yours is bad.
