Bimax+genio in canada?

I want to do bimax domestically obv because it’s free (Ontario) but I’m worried the surgeons aren’t that good so do any of you know if it’s possible to get a good result or should I go to Italy or smth

There are good surgeons in Canada just look around and consult with some people to find one. I would at least try that first, unless you're a super severe or complicated case. The Italians will end up costing you like 20-25k CAD or more so if you can potentially get a similar result for free go and get it for free
