bimax, genio or implants?

been a while since i’ve posted but i’ve lost hella weight since my last one and just came on to see what surgery you guys would recommend for me out of the three since they’ve been suggested to me multiple times

before anyone says i look young and that puberty can save me i am over 18 and the only useful info i can give is that i started puberty late16-early17 if that effects anything.
