Bimax + genioplasty in 6 days (at 17)

I'm getting bimax + genioplasty and a slight rotation performed by Dr Dr Kater (Germany). I'm scared that i'll be disappointed due to having too high expectations.
My occlusion is already Class 1 (pretty much perfect due to orthodontics) i have a very recessed chin which will be fixed by the genioplasty, but the advancement of the jaws won't be anything too crazy. These are some pictures, how much of an ascension can i expect? He's a rather conservative surgeon with very much experience, but he knows that i wan't a strong projected chin. So what expectations can i have?

have you had bimax? getting exact mm movements weeks before surgery is usually not the case, the surgeon changes the plans of the surgery during the performance of the surgery again...

not in germany, apart from that I'll be having a councelingsession with my surgeon 1 day before surgery again to directly discuss aethetic details

it would be smarter, but it would take 1.5 more years with braces and my orthodontist would not do it, i'd have to search a new one and i'd be 19 by the time i could do the bimax, wasting 2 of my best years with insecuritys and braces for a very slight better outcome...

Make sure he takes ur posture into consideration because you have forward head posture
