You need to see a dermatologist as soon as possible.

Also unfrauded side profile pic is needed to determine whether you need these surgeries or not.

Dr.Taban could give you eyes that will improve your harmony a lot. It looks like you have a really wide jaw but small eye area to me. I would suggest you do eye area first along with bucal fat removal before a bimax. Unless you have bite issues or sleep issues a bimax isn’t ideal.

Yeah I hear you my skin was really good a couple months ago but I been swimming in the pool a lot and the chlorine is fucking it up I got before pics of my skin you got any good products to use I usually use acne free and retnoil at night and vitamin c and sun screen during the day
