I have a jaw cheek and brow implant on the books for august. However, I was seeing that I think I have lower face recession from a childhood LF1 surgery to resolve TMJ and it may be better to go the bimax route as it would resolve lip vermillion deficiencies, profile nasolabial angle problem, and palette expansion in addition to the benefits of the custom jaw (increase chin width, chin projection, adjust gonial angle, increase gonial width). I'm still going ahead with the cheek and brow implants in august.
1. If I go with bimax to correct the recession, who do I go with? I'm located in Texas. Money isn't an object but I would rather not pay more than ~45k. I've heard a lot of positives about Ramieri and Alfaro, is there some incredible maxillofacial surgeons a little closer I can look into for ascension?
2. How much ortho time will be needed before? I already have an excellent class 1 occluded bite, my teeth are essentially perfect as is.
