bimax movements advice needed (xray provided)

I know its bad. I have consultations lined up, but I may as well post here. I'm class 2 with short face syndrome.
unfortunately had to sit down during the lateral ceph because the machine didn't go high enough, I'm not even that tall at 184cm but the ceiling was too low for the machine, their setup was janky AF.
The fillings are from childhood. My dentist also removed a mandibular first molar back then (my mum let him do it, I was a child) which means I can't chew properly on one side as the other 2 molars don't have any support and have basically fell over in my mouth. On the other side my wisdom tooth is impacted.
I want to get this right the first time. Any advice on movements or anything else is appreciated.

this xray is very bad u are tiltong ur head too much, also provide a profile pic

For me it seems like a short face u have. U need bsso at least and bimax depending on your maxilla position

Yep, pretty much confirmed what I thought. yes the xray machine was in a room where the ceiling was too low so i had to sit down it was rly awkward. if ramieri says this xray isn't good enough I will look into getting my money back. cause there setup was messed up.
