If you get bimax it can impact the nose (makes alar base wider, elevation and advancement of nasal tip). So if you do anything with your maxilla, you should do that first and then rhino.

2: getting Bimax surgery
3 (optional): get implants or extra surgeries like cantho if you are still subhuman
