How much points will I gain from having surgery? I did the morph myself, dunno if this is realistic.

Xd well that should only be the two surgeries I mentioned, at least what I'm expecting of it...

You changed your chin relative to your lower lip position therefore it would take genio too to achieve this.

I find the chin over projected anyway in your morph but it is of course still an improvement.

The nose will probably not move as much as shown, if you look at before and after of bimax, you will see the nose movement isn’t directly proportional to the upper jaw.

Good luck with your morphing, it’s a rabbit hole.

I think I need genio too than, bcuz just simply moving the lower jaw forward doesn't align my lips/jaw 180 degrees, though maybe that's not needed for my profile... i ll try some things out.

Just get lefort 3 theory

its the same as the morph I did, just no orb implant which I really need.
It an ascension or not?
I think I gave you a few more mm in the mandible/chin which I think would be possible. & think it s important to see it without implants as well

Do u think this is a good/realistic advancement?
I feel I look a bit uncanny, but thats maybe bcuz I am not used to seeing myself with forward growth..

I'd say 1.5 points or so. Looks better definitely

chin is too big in the after, gives the appearance of a slight underbite
