Current Progress
Currently, I’ve made a morph with what I think are reasonable changes.
1. Body fat / buccal area
I’ve decreased my overall body fat with the hope that this will also decrease the fullness in my buccal area.
Flow:
Decrease body fat → assess change in facial/buccal fat → if the area still looks disproportionately full, consider what other options exist.
If lowering my body fat does not produce the change I’m looking for, buccal fat removal would be the more direct option. I would want to judge the final result after my body fat has stabilized before considering something permanent.
2. Zygomatic / cheekbone area
The next area I think could improve my face is the zygomatic region. More projection or definition here seems like it could improve the overall facial structure.
Filler would be my last option. I’ve also looked into things like “bone smashing,” although the evidence and safety behind actually changing facial bone structure this way are major concerns, so I don’t want to assume it would reliably get me to the morph.
3. Facial hair
Facial hair growth seems to improve my appearance, especially with my phenotype and facial proportions.
Facial hair → better framing of the lower/midface → less emphasis on the philtrum area.
When I’m completely clean shaven, I feel like my philtrum becomes too exposed or visually prominent, which gives my face a slightly uncanny appearance. Facial hair seems to balance this area better.
4. Skin texture
Skin texture is currently being addressed, so I consider this an active work in progress rather than something I need to reassess right now.
5. Eye area
The eye area seems to be the biggest remaining weakness in the overall look. This is also the area where I’m least sure what can realistically be changed. A lot of the suggestions I’ve seen don’t appear to produce meaningful structural changes. Intentionally squinting doesn’t work for me either it just looks unnatural and uncanny
