Bimax possible AFTER jaw angle implants ?

Is it possible to get a bimax revision after having already TITANIUM jaw angle implants ?
Can the bimax plates be put on top of the implant or around it ?

I was considering Dr Pagnoni or Safi

And what about putting another PEEK jaw angle implant on top of it ? because those are too small (I had a very weak jaw before)
