Bimax +Wraparound jaw Implant or Bimax +Sidewing

Hello Looksmaxers!
As I've already mentioned that I'm planning to have Bimax in my previous thread, I'm hesitant between Sidewing and Wraparound jaw implant.
1. Can I have Sidewing along with Bimax?
2. If I try Sidewing and not happy with the result, then can I have wrap around jaw implant after Sidewing? And how safe is it?
3. Or Bimax +jaw implant?
Actually I'm worried about infection if I choose implant.
I already had Genioplasty and my chin didn't blend well with my jawline and thinking of wraparound jaw implant any way coz that alone solves the post osteotomy irregularities.
Any Suggestions??

if you still need shit, then stack Side wing twice

Chinwing is overrated shit surgery and you cant (properly) do it parallely with bimax (except you take high BSSO, like Zarrinbal does; but I hate his results)

Depends on the face. Implants are better if you are unclear because they are reversible and highly modifiable.

you can't have chin wing at the same time with bimax because theese two sirgeries require to cut in half the mandible.
You can't cut in 4 parts the mandible in one surgeries.

you may get bimax + chin shield (like @TheLordMadness ) in one surgery, otherwise get bimax, wait 1 year and then undergo chin wing

There are so many complications with chin wing

side wing should mog, and I know this russian surgeon; Corona ruined my plans and I plan now to go to him after Virus coolsdown

Side wing is made for width, the only concern would be the connection at the mid-mandible, relapse, and maybe a shortening effect on you jaw

I also wanted to show Andrei another approach, a modified Side-wing, which reaches to the side of your chin, you move both parts horizontally, then fix it with screws again

this should give you a wider and square chin and also widen your bigonial width

But I have never seen this nor even talked about in any forum

I already had Genioplasty. Chin has been advanced by 12mm(horizontal and vertical advancement) actually Genioplasty had been maxed out in my case

Actually is a semi-chin wing, because don't touch gonions (due at the cut of BSSO).

I don't think he'll do that. Even if he does, I don't recommend him to you,Coz he is not a max fac surgeon. He's just a plastic surgeon with good Genioplasty results. When there's heavy stuff to do like bimax (including CCW) And IMDO, it's must to go with a max fac surgeon
