I have hollow cheeks but recessed lower third
How will bimax effect this? I am not sure what causes hollow cheeks but will bimax help or hinder them?

also how “natural” does bimax+ genio look
I am not trying to look fake when I eventually get surgery (prob 2 year from now)

bimax will definitely be the right thing for you since it only affects your mandible and lower part of your maxilla in form of a lefort 1. Just ask your doc if he’s going to give you ccw rotation while performing the double jaw surgery.

See I am expecting with Bimax plus Genio that I will carry the face fat better in my face due to more bone structure there to distribute the fat
Hence when I think bones make people age better

And I know the entire point of surgery is to look different but I am hoping most people won’t be able to tell I got surgery from the front unless they really pay attention
Because I want it to be subtle
If the surgery is very obvious then I feel like it will make me look off

so essentially my question is
How much different does bimax make the front look

depends BIMAX might make your lower jaw seems wider from the font and more defined from the side but after all changes won’t be dramatic people would rather think that you lost body fat/chewed a lot of gum
