I have a few questions, because I feel like no one can relate to my problem.
- Do you finish a meal and have a sense of urgency to continue eating?
- Once you start binging uncontrollably, does it feel like no thought/potential consequence can stop you in the moment?
- Do the consequences seem distant during a binge, but suddenly feel like they're "right in your face" the next day?
Genuinely wonder whether people here struggle with this, and no I am not referring to occasional binges
