I have Binge Eating, im on GLPs that reduce the Volume of the attacks a bit.

But i want to take something stronger, i thought about Elvanse in the past.

Maybe someone can recommend something.

Important, i talk about the REAL Binge eating disorder, not just binge eating.

It’s a dopamine issue usually so

Ketamine

Some nootropics do a good job aswell like Modafanil

Stimulants but stronger ones use with care

ngl you can scale retatrutide until the thought of food is repulsive. reta also has well established dopamine effects (look it up) that attack the exact mechanisms you're talking about. I wouldn't jump to more pharma I'd push how much you can get out glp 1's (particularly reta)

Honestly even on 6mg of reta I still had strong urges to binge.
For me tracking both calories and exercise expenditure made me associate binging with doing insane incline walking sessions

yeah my main issue with reta rn is that im cronically hypoglycemic even on low doses. I think its because my Hba1c(long-term sugar value) is very low and with reta its even lower. But i thought about higher doses of reta too. Thanks

Any kind of stimulant should work
But u shouldnt buy the trigger foods in the first place

u can titrate up to a higher dose to maximize appetite suppression, but it may not be the best idea in ur case. I’d recommend stacking cag with reta
