all that lasted of my home made bread
all of my ice cream (also homemade)
300g of processed milk biscuits pumped up full of seed oils
slathered powdered milk on my ice cream like some kind of sickening repulsive fat blob

tried puking after
pathetically failed

needless to say, feeling disgusting
regret it deeply
24h fast begins
