Binged for 3 days- will a 1 day water fast kill my sex drive?

Binged hard last 3 days need to get back control

Gonna do a 1 day water fast to cancel out today, other 2 days can be refeed / cheat days which should aid my fat loss

Will water fasting kill my sex drive though??

Better to increase metabolism even if it means a bit fatter. And then go on a cut rather than starving and torturing yourself

I just need to kill the bloat my Wednesday as going out Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights JFL

I'll probably just get strictly back on the diet tomorrow lots of water
Then lose the bloat on Wednesday

Unhealthy but good trick to complete a water fast successfully
Pop a modafinil in the morning
Do your work productive shit
Hit the gym
Drink water
Add acv to your water
Drink warm water with pink Himalayan sea salt to preserve your hydration levels

One day should be easy
Next day try fasting again plenty of water
With acv and pink salt

Next day see how your looking
Can possibly push one more day
Most I've ever successfully done is 2 days
I was working at a good place at the time and had to take something home with me lol

But time Friday/Saturday when I break my fast I plan to have a vegetable stock cube in water to replenish salt and hydrate

Then next day go gym and have a full meal and start again

3 weeks to finish this cut

Will go liquid oats and whey and eggs for next 3 weeks after the end of this week
