A QUADRUPLE GLP-1 receptor agonist peptide used to reduce appetite, improve blood sugar control, and support fat loss.

What does it act on?

Dosing:

250 mcg subcutaneously, 2–3x per week, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning. Most cycles last 4–8 weeks, with some extending to 12 depending on results.

OR

150mg orally daily. A low dose is required due to the cross towards the blood brain barrier being very easy.

This could be best paired with Retatrutide as well, as metabolic rate can be further increased through the Glucagon receptor, as well as any other drugs. It acts on the IGF-1, GLP-1 and GIP and Glucagon. This is not recommended for kids as it promotes homeostasis between these, and therefore lowers igf1 if higher than normal possibly stunting growth.

Right now its in phase 2 trials
