bite blockers and cw rotation

ive had bite blockers installed in my ortho check up, and i physically cant have my front teeth meet. will this induce cw rotation, or its not major enough to change shit? my natural mouth position already has me in a position where teeth dont touch, but now i cant fully bite down when eating.

slight crossbite but the man told me its only meant to prevent me from breaking the brackets. ( I still cant bite however, which is why the question lives )
