Black/Ethnic Rhinoplasty Suggestions

I have access to rhinoplasty by a seasoned maxillofacial and reconstruction surgeon in the next 6-12 months.

My face is very neotenic and despite being almost 30 I am often told I look like I’m only in my early 20s.

what should I do to modify my nose without it looking “done”?

I am often asked if I had Rhinoplasty done before because it’s so small even compared to white people’s. Often times it’s the proportionally the same size or smaller than white womens.

I don’t want to look even more like a Jackson but I do think some refining is in order but refining that will look good as I age but sorta pretty boy.

My main interests are paranasal rib grafts to tackle the sunkeness you can see around my nostrils. A slight alarplasty, refining the nasal tip minimally and a bit of height increase.

Your nose is okay bro, stay away from sugery.
It would be useful to see a full face pic to determine why you feel like it's not good, because on it's own it's good.

Your nose is fine, your problem is different.

I’m very long time friends (from childhood) with the family of the surgeon and while he thinks it’s not necessary he’s giving me a very affordable price. Half my budget, he’s wants to help me so I want to take it.

it’s tiny but don’t you think refining would look good from the front to add projection and add height at the profile?

Slight positive tilt, almond shaped, hooded, relatively deepset. Large and doesn’t have the most lower bone support. People are into them as that is the first compliment I normally get day to day.

I want to do fat filler to top off the hooding as without my kinda squinting I have big (though not buggy) eyes.

You guys are saying what everyone else is saying but I really think paranasal implants or grafts are an under discussed way to increase convexity in flat and depressed midfaces that occur commonly in African and Asian descended populations.

that and just cleaning up the sides of my nose to have more of a clear | | bridge

Alarplasty for a better shape.
