I'm busy with other goals in my life right now & I thought about making this thread for a while. Out of compassion, I wanted to publish of out for everyone on the forum. For current, past and future looksmaxers.

I wish that all looksmaxers are aware of the health hazards some looksmaxing techniques and procedures may bring, posing dangerous health risks for them.


Not only because of compassion but because I've possibly either aggravated a genetic disposition to or worsened my unknown cardiac problems from taking excessive aromatase (estrogen) inhibitors, namely Letrozole and Anastrozole in the past in a desperate attempt to prevent my growth plates from closing so I could purchase and blast IGF-1 in the future.

These substances did not cause my issue. Let me make this very clear. It's still not fully certain. This is just a theory, which is a hypothesis supported by evidence but isn't an immutable law, or fully proven. I don't want you to think estrogen inhibitors is sure to give you cardiac problems.

I was reminded this morning due to me feeling similar to the way I felt in the past when my condition was worse. I then concluded I had to write this.

I am and will be fine, as long as I take care of my health, but at the time, my cardiac condition wasn't something to be taken lightly. At the time, I was still fine but I did have what I believe to be angina. I had random episodes where I literally, no matter how much or how deep I breathed, I couldn't get enough oxygen. Angina is chest pain or discomfort that occurs when part of your heart muscle does not get enough oxygen-rich blood. [1]

I went for an annual checkup with a parent, the doctors performed their tests as usual, but once they got the results for my blood pressure... the nurse was anxious. You could hear it in her voice. "His blood pressure... (anxiety) is pretty high". She then took me to my doctors, which were also visibly anxious & concerned. They did a bunch of tests and then they eventually took an electrocardiogram test (a test that measures your heart's electrical activity). The results was scary according to my doctor, who then sent me to the cardiologist.

My blood pressure was high, causing my heart to work too hard. This made the muscles in my heart bigger, which made my ventricle smaller (due to the muscle getting bigger). That my friends, is ventricular hypertrophy.

I told what I took. I didn't tell why.

My blood pressure was Stage 2 at the time, literally one stage above that is a hypertensive crisis. When you have a hypertensive crisis, you should go to the hospital so they can lower your blood pressure so you don't die of a heart attack or get your cardiovascular system destroyed to the point where you have a sensitive cardiovascular system. I had to go to a cardiologist and get my cardiovascular health checked.

She (the cardiologist and her assistant) must have thought I was a retard because she asked me why I took it. She even went so far as to escort my parent out of the room. She and her colleagues were genuinely scared that they had an underaged patient (at the time) that had literal cardiac problems. She was using a stethoscope 🩺 on me and while she was doing so, she asked me why I took it (the aromatase, or estrogen inhibitors), I was like...

Thankfully it was just a blood pressure problem, not a genuine heart disease. My ventricular hypertrophy does cause damage to my heart and poses a serious risk to my health, and is reversible as long as my blood pressure remains low for extended periods of time. This has possibly came back (I say possibly since I could be wrong about the exact cause) since my blood pressure has been elevated to stage 1 again recently, away from normal levels, and I can feel this. This is why I'm writing this guide.



In this thread, I will discuss the following.

  • I will discuss all of the risks I know as of October 7th, 2023 that are associated with some looksmaxes.
  • I will teach you the causes of the risks.
  • I will show you how to remove the harmful risks associated with these looksmaxes while maintaining the gain.
  • I will show you which surgeries are most prone to botching, or anything that my cause major damage to your appearance.
  • I will show you psychological hazards that may occur when you're on your looksmaxing journey and how to avoid them.
  • Showing the cost-benefit analysis that are associated with looksmaxes in which risks can not be removed from the equation. These risks may be removed with alternate looksmaxes in the future, whether it's biochemical (peptides, supplements, etc.), surgical, etc. that are designed to achieve the same benefit/results with decreased risks.
What this thread doesn't discuss.
  • Non-surgical methods that will cause moderate harm to your appearance at most, and that don't really harm your health (ex. ingrown hairs, things that could lead to dry skin, acne breakouts, etc.)
  • Things that don't harm or have small and temporary effects on your health.
  • Things that you may be like "Why the hell did I do that?", not things you would regret.
This thread wasn't written to thwart you from taking or doing these looksmaxes because they're not risk=free, they're here so you know the risks and can assess, analyze and/or prevent them accordingly.

Since this is a dictionary of risks, I have used the help of ChatGPT to speed up the time this guide would take to write.
Pay attention, because some of these risks aren't something you should mess around with.

Height-Frame Agonists

In biochemistry, an agonist is anything that increases the levels of specific biochemicals. For instance, a Human Growth Hormone (HGH) agonist increases HGH levels, and an Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) agonist increases IGF-1 levels.

When I use the term "height agonists" or "frame agonists,", or "height-frame agonists", I mean substances that elevate biochemicals such as HGH and IGF-1, which are associated with increasing height and overall body frame. This assumes that growth plates (e.g., in the legs, spine, and clavicles) are still open.

Safety Levels Of Certain Classes of Heightmaxing Substances:

  1. Peptides (like CJC 1295), peptide-hormones (IGF-1 LR3), supplements, and hormones (HGH, GHRH) are safe (no to low risk). This is one of the reasons why I would use them, since they have no health risks, even when used excessively and for a while. Problems occur if you're taking it like candy, or a chronic heroin addict (super-abuse/ giga-abuse) and using it for prolonged periods of time (2-5 years+ in my opinion.)
  2. MK-677 is a moderate risk and probably shouldn't be used excessively unless you have an effective counter-measure plan to measure and manage high blood sugar.

Potential Dangers of Very Excessive Height-Frame Agonist Use:

Cardiovascular Risks:

IGF-1 LR3:

HGH (Human Growth Hormone):
Synthetic HGH can possibly risks such as cardiomegaly, acromegaly, joint and muscle pain, organ enlargement, and high blood pressure. The risks are similar to those associated with CJC 1295 with DAC and GHRH. Risks become apparent when super abused or when you've developed acromegaly.

MK-677 (Ibutamoren):
MK-677 is unique in that it can lead to quicker insulin resistance compared to other height-frame agonists (according to testimonials on this site), increasing the risk of prediabetes when used, and diabetes when used excessively. Other risks include potential cardiomegaly and acromegaly. Risks usually become apparent when super-abused, and it has quicker insulin resistance side effects (again, according to anecdotes & testimonials on this site)

GHRH (Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone):
GHRH is a hormone that stimulates the release of growth hormone. Its risks align with the general risks of increasing growth hormone levels, such as cardiomegaly, acromegaly, joint and muscle pain, organ enlargement, and high blood pressure.   • *** When I say excessive, long-term, I really mean it. I think it depends on how excessive and how long those excessive levels are elevated. When you were in puberty, you had excess HGH/IGF-1 levels, this didn't have any dangerous health risks involved since it wasn't long term and not that excessive. I'd say don't take more than 7-10x recommended dosage for long periods of time (years)

I'm busy with other goals in my life right now & I thought about making this thread for a while. Out of compassion, I wanted to publish of out for everyone on the forum. For current, past and future looksmaxers.

I wish that all looksmaxers are aware of the health hazards some looksmaxing techniques and procedures may bring, posing dangerous health risks for them.


Not only because of compassion but because I've possibly either aggravated a genetic disposition to or worsened my unknown cardiac problems from taking excessive aromatase (estrogen) inhibitors, namely Letrozole and Anastrozole in the past in a desperate attempt to prevent my growth plates from closing so I could purchase and blast IGF-1 in the future.

These substances did not cause my issue. Let me make this very clear. It's still not fully certain. This is just a theory, which is a hypothesis supported by evidence but isn't an immutable law, or fully proven. I don't want you to think estrogen inhibitors is sure to give you cardiac problems.

I was reminded this morning due to me feeling similar to the way I felt in the past when my condition was worse. I then concluded I had to write this.

I am and will be fine, as long as I take care of my health, but at the time, my cardiac condition wasn't something to be taken lightly. At the time, I was still fine but I did have what I believe to be angina. I had random episodes where I literally, no matter how much or how deep I breathed, I couldn't get enough oxygen. Angina is chest pain or discomfort that occurs when part of your heart muscle does not get enough oxygen-rich blood. [1]

I went for an annual checkup with a parent, the doctors performed their tests as usual, but once they got the results for my blood pressure... the nurse was anxious. You could hear it in her voice. "His blood pressure... (anxiety) is pretty high". She then took me to my doctors, which were also visibly anxious & concerned. They did a bunch of tests and then they eventually took an electrocardiogram test (a test that measures your heart's electrical activity). The results was scary according to my doctor, who then sent me to the cardiologist.

My blood pressure was high, causing my heart to work too hard. This made the muscles in my heart bigger, which made my ventricle smaller (due to the muscle getting bigger). That my friends, is ventricular hypertrophy.

I told what I took. I didn't tell why.

My blood pressure was Stage 2 at the time, literally one stage above that is a hypertensive crisis. When you have a hypertensive crisis, you should go to the hospital so they can lower your blood pressure so you don't die of a heart attack or get your cardiovascular system destroyed to the point where you have a sensitive cardiovascular system. I had to go to a cardiologist and get my cardiovascular health checked.

She (the cardiologist and her assistant) must have thought I was a retard because she asked me why I took it. She even went so far as to escort my parent out of the room. She and her colleagues were genuinely scared that they had an underaged patient (at the time) that had literal cardiac problems. She was using a stethoscope 🩺 on me and while she was doing so, she asked me why I took it (the aromatase, or estrogen inhibitors), I was like...

Thankfully it was just a blood pressure problem, not a genuine heart disease. My ventricular hypertrophy does cause damage to my heart and poses a serious risk to my health, and is reversible as long as my blood pressure remains low for extended periods of time. This has possibly came back (I say possibly since I could be wrong about the exact cause) since my blood pressure has been elevated to stage 1 again recently, away from normal levels, and I can feel this. This is why I'm writing this guide.



In this thread, I will discuss the following.

  • I will discuss all of the risks I know as of October 7th, 2023 that are associated with some looksmaxes.
  • I will teach you the causes of the risks.
  • I will show you how to remove the harmful risks associated with these looksmaxes while maintaining the gain.
  • I will show you which surgeries are most prone to botching, or anything that my cause major damage to your appearance.
  • I will show you psychological hazards that may occur when you're on your looksmaxing journey and how to avoid them.
  • Showing the cost-benefit analysis that are associated with looksmaxes in which risks can not be removed from the equation. These risks may be removed with alternate looksmaxes in the future, whether it's biochemical (peptides, supplements, etc.), surgical, etc. that are designed to achieve the same benefit/results with decreased risks.
What this thread doesn't discuss.
  • Non-surgical methods that will cause moderate harm to your appearance at most, and that don't really harm your health (ex. ingrown hairs, things that could lead to dry skin, acne breakouts, etc.)
  • Things that don't harm or have small and temporary effects on your health.
  • Things that you may be like "Why the hell did I do that?", not things you would regret.
Since this is a dictionary of risks, I have used the help of ChatGPT to speed up the time this guide would take to write.
Pay attention, because some of these risks aren't something you should mess around with.

Height-Frame Agonists

In biochemistry, an agonist is anything that increases the levels of specific biochemicals. For instance, a Human Growth Hormone (HGH) agonist increases HGH levels, and an Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) agonist increases IGF-1 levels.

When I use the term "height agonists" or "frame agonists,", or "height-frame agonists", I mean substances that elevate biochemicals such as HGH and IGF-1, which are associated with increasing height and overall body frame. This assumes that growth plates (e.g., in the legs, spine, and clavicles) are still open.

Safety Levels Of Certain Classes of Heightmaxing Substances:

  1. Peptides (like CJC 1295), peptide-hormones (IGF-1 LR3), supplements, and hormones (HGH, GHRH) are safe (no to low risk). This is one of the reasons why I would use them, since they have no health risks, even when used excessively and for a while. Problems occur if you're taking it like candy, or a chronic heroin addict (super-abuse/ giga-abuse) and using it for prolonged periods of time (2-5 years+ in my opinion.)
  2. SARMs (like MK-677) are usually moderate risk and probably shouldn't be used excessively unless you have an effective counter-measure plan. This seems to be why MK-677's insulin resistance problem seems to not be too uncommon amongst forum users here, since it's a SARM.

Potential Dangers of Very Excessive Height-Frame Agonist Use:

Cardiovascular Risks:

  • Cardiomegaly (An Enlarged Heart): Prolonged exposure to height agonists can lead to an enlargement of the heart, known as cardiomegaly. This condition strains the heart and may result from the elevated blood pressure caused by heightened growth hormone levels.

IGF-1 LR3:

Other risks include potential cardiomegaly and acromegaly. Risks usually become apparent when super-abused, and it has quicker insulin resistance side effects (again, according to anecdotes & testimonials on this site)

GHRH (Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone):
GHRH is a hormone that stimulates the release of growth hormone. Its risks align with the general risks of increasing growth hormone levels, such as cardiomegaly, acromegaly, joint and muscle pain, organ enlargement, and high blood pressure. Risks can become apparent when super-abused.

Note on Limitations:

The information provided here is based on my current knowledge and scientific understanding. Notes:
  • *** When I say excessive, long-term, I really mean it. I think it depends on how excessive and how long those excessive levels are elevated. When you were in puberty, you had excess HGH/IGF-1 levels, this didn't have any dangerous health risks involved since it wasn't long term and not that excessive (usually around 550-1000 ng/mL of IGF-1). But let's assume you're gigablasting (ex. a sustained level of ~5500+ ng/mL of IGF-1) for 4-6 years, this is a health hazard.

You can also research alternative peptides, hormones, and supplements for muscle gains. Or combine them with these steroids/SARMs in responsible dosages.

Some of them I know on the top of my head: GDF-11, Follistatin, etc. These are all myostatin inhibiting peptides. Myostatin makes it harder to grow muscles and when you inhibit myostatin, it's easier to grow muscles. The same amount of work gets you more muscle.

Elimination of myostatin completely from one's genome causes organisms to be jacked at a young age, since simple acts like jumping for a few minutes everyday can cause noticeable changes in calf muscle gain, since there is little to no hindrances in muscle development.

I'd recommend trying out colored contacts first though to see if you'd be interested. Usually, eye colors come out blue or grey.

Honey has traces of hydrogen peroxide in it, which is caustic (able to burn or corrode organic tissue by chemical action). and high concentrations or very consistent use can cause eye damage. DSMO should be no more than 5% of your mixture (I know from experience, although I didn't stick with my eye lightening mixture) and MSM shouldn't be more than 10% to 30% (estimate).

I made a solution mixing licorice extract and DSMO, and the cell permeability of DSMO is so strong I could feel the licorice's effects in my brain, I'm not lying. It felt like my motivation levels were higher and studies confirmed my observation. [2, 3] "This suggests that antidepressant-like effect of liquorice extract seems to be mediated by increase of brain norepinephrine and dopamine, but not by increase of serotonin. Monoamine oxidase inhibiting effect of liquorice may be contributing favorably to the antidepressant-like activity." (Dhingra & Sharma, 2006).

This insight raised a question for me. If you wouldn't want any substance you're dropping in your eye in your brain, I don't think you should be putting it in your eyedrop solution. This for me would exclude honey, since honey's lightening effects is due to hydrogen peroxide, and hydrogen peroxide is caustic (able to burn or corrode organic tissue by chemical action).
  • Benefits: Eyedrop methods are less invasive and may provide a gradual change in eye color over time.
  • Risk Analysis: While less invasive than some other methods, the risks associated with cell permeability and caustic, non-biocompatible substances entering the body directly should not be underestimated. Proper dosage, ratios, substance anaslyis and caution are crucial. It also takes a lot of time to achieve noticeable results with this method, which is why people either dismiss it as a solution or say it doesn't work.
Another user here displays his results after a few months of purely consistent application:

  1. Iris Implants:
    • Description: Iris implants involve cutting the eyes open and surgically inserting an artificial iris in front of the patient's original iris to change eye color.
    • Risks: Iris implants carry a high probability of causing blindness and other severe eye issues and should be avoided entirely.

When they say “irreversible” they mean that it irreversibly kills aromatase enzymes, however your body creates new ones whenever you come off the drug within a week or so. It’s not permanent.

Mhmm, something similar happened to me as well. I was blasting 2mg of Arimidex for 3 months straight at a really young age. I could barely run for than five minutes, heart would be beating like crazy, and my joints would crack every five minutes.

AI in studies hasn’t shown to produce any clear bone defects in usage after or during puberty, for a relatively long period of time (1 year or so), however, it has mental and cardiovascular effects that are troubling.

When you take AI, you are basically medically castrating yourself in a sense, and leaving your heart as vulnerable as an old man’s (who have similar e2 levels).

Heightmaxxing is a risk you should only take if you are in a decent position to get results and can afford side effect prevention

I have a few a questions regarding your condition:

1. Are you black?
I’m only asking this as this is the only group of people where it’s prevalent to see blood pressure issues at a young age.
2. How long were you using AI for?
While I understand you used IGF-1, I personally believe that AI would’ve been bigger issue, as I’d assumed it’d be rarer to get blood pressure induced by IGF-1 then chronically low E2 levels.
3. Do you have a family history of blood pressure and heart issues?
Is blood pressure problems common in your family history? I’ve never seen a case of such dramatic effects on the heart that were possibly caused by AI and IGF-1 usage.
4. Do you regret some of your past advice?
While before, you use to be a big promoter of stronger usage (high dose IGF-1 and AI) as you get older, do you now regret that advice or still believe it has validity?
5. Do you think you would’ve ever been satisfied if you achieved your dream height?
Do you believe that even if you achieved your height maxing dreams, do you think you would’ve been happy with it or no?

I never had enough money to stick with it, or buy the whole stack.
Grew around an inch though with MK677.
I know this because my doctor said I grew an inch from 17 to 18 lol.
