Do you think it can be ingested as well? It says external use only on the bottle and Derek from MPMD says as well to get not the black jamaican but the standard one for oral use though jamaican should be better topical.

if you're gonna oral castor oil, use pure castor oil - no derivatives. For topical use, doesn't really matter tbh. Jamaican black castor oil smells better tho. But if you're trying to use this for hair loss you will see little to no results
