Black spots on face need help

so for backstory i have 2 black spots around my mouth for about a year now they appeared when i had an allergic reaction of some sort while using tretinoin combined with my dermatitis . i have tried anything hidrocortizon la roche posay cicaplast b5 intense moisturizing and spf also quit skincare for a couple of months all in hope to fade it. it dosen t look as bad as it did when it appeared nobody seems to notice it irl but it just bothers me so much when looking in the mirror and i want to hop on accutane so i want it gone before starting. any help would be appreciated.

Was kinda retarded using that much of a concentration but i was using it the proper way yk only 2 times a week and sandwich method

okay tbh maybe u need to use it more often. i m on accutane and still had blackheads on my nose, they left after i started using 0.025% tret

i quit using it after i got the dermatitis flare up and the black skin im gonna hop on accutane tho

so i did a little bit more reasearch and it seems to be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation if anyone knows any fix for this i would need some help
