read online that black tea has helped with debloating and things like that, has anyone had success with black tea with helping you look better?

def not gonna magically make you look better but it just is healthy and has antioxidants

I’ve been drinking black tea all my life but I add milk and sugar idk if that gets rid of the tea’s positive effects or not 🤔
