Black tie maxxing need help

Got my 3rd Tiger of sweden suit for a black tie event i'm going to. I realize now afterwards ur supposed to have a tux for that but mine is just a regular black suit whatever.

I'm getting it tailored and would like advice on where it needs to be altered.

I'm getting the sleeves shortened to reveal the cuffs of the shirt but other than that am clueless.
