I suggest you do HIFU SMAS lift. It is non-operative, and it helped my nasolabials.

It depends on why you have nasolabials. if they are mostly loose skin, due to shitty collagen (I had it), HIFU smas-lift will help you noticeably.

If it is your fat compartments sliding down, you would have to lean to the max, then do the same HIFU lift, AND do cheek fillers to replace the lost volume. But the injection will be different from what people here do for cheek "sculpting". This will conceal your nasolabials a lot. However, the facelift is more dramatic ofc.
