I eat like this every day and sleep 8 hours (bear in mind that i just turned 16 and have been doing so for a good year). Also been going to the gym and using the sauna regularly for a good two years. I even take D3, K2, calcium, collagen and creatine in hopes of it helping me. I’m even very lean. After all of this i’m still a LTN. I’ve tried everything to increase my test, dht, hgh but nothing has worked. taking test also isn’t an option for me. What do I do? Softmaxx and maybe become a high LTN?
