stop consuming oxalates (plants), sugar (fruits, bread), and grains and you might ascend to low mtn
i cook my plants to reduce the oxolates. plus i have oats for breakfast because they are quick before school and calorie dense. ik they aren’t good but i cant really have anything else without messing up my sleep. i have a busy schedule.
plus if i don’t eat fruit and veg, that leaves me with just meat and fish and eggs. which for one my parents wouldn’t let me stick to and for second is super expensive as a 16 year old with no income. but i get what you are saying. maybe i could make some compromises
