I believe I know the answer already but scared to admit...

So basically all of my uncles and my father are completely bald. like all the way down the back of their head barely even leaving a donor supply. Even my only uncle on my moms side is full bald. Both grandpas are bald. I started noticing hairloss at 19. I'm 21 now and been on fin for 2 years. have basically a nw1.5-2 . The hair on my scalp is noticeably thinner everywhere compared to the back and sides of my head. Its still not considered thin by any means at this point, but its thinner than the rest of my head.

I have a few questions if anyone knows the answers:

1) so my whole scalp is slightly thinning up till my vertex at the crown. right behind my crown it is extremely thick all the way down my head. seems like I have an awesome donor supply. Could I still bald there and reduce my donor supply or since basically my whole head is thinning in bald sensitive areas, would it mean that I'm not vulnerable to baldness there since there has been no signs at all yet.

2) Would you still have hope you can stop and beat my balding genetics? If I go to DUT and RU do you think it would be enough.

Being bald ruins your looks unfortunately, but it doesn't mean that it's over.

The black pill doesn't just talk about L, it talks about LMS (looks, money and status).

Your best option if you're going bald is to moneymaxx and statusmaxx, if you SEAmax as a white guy, it will be like you are already moneymaxxed and statusmaxxed, especially if you pick Thailand or the Philippines.

Add in a topical anti-androgen like RU58841 and if you still manage to lose hair with that+fin you're basically hopeless. Most likely though the combination of RU and fin will halt male pattern baldness, which you are clearly predisposed to.

90% of Finasteride responders remained above baseline after 10 years, and we know logically and anecdotally that it works longer than that.

That along with hair transplants and you should be able to maintain what you have most of your adult life. There’s also multiple promising therapies that may create an even more effective treatment regimen over the next couple of years.

You should see a doctor, at your age is very unlikely that fin would stop working. You may be suffering some other condition besides MPB that is causing your hair loss. In each case if fin indeed is not working just switch to DUT

Chances are you’re a responder to fin and it is going to last for decades. You’ll definitely be able to find horror stories on the internet but most people don’t go bald if they get on fin early and stay on it.
