The morph is more to do with hyoid position. I grew up mouthbreathing, especially during sleep and my hyoid muscles atrophied as a result. In addition to my recessed bone structure causing the muscles to not be stretched taut, I have a permanent double chin like the morph. Another consequence is ugly side profile hyoid angle
