I live in an all white country Slovenia, maybe there’s a couple of gypsies here and there but apart from that it’s extremely hard to find a non-white person.

I haven’t seen my sister’s orthodontist but I’d be assuming she’s white. Maybe she could be a bit South Balkan which could make her a bit browner than the average pale Slovenian but still white.

Countries like Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia might be the whitest countries I can think of. Then I’d say Poland, Czech and Slovakia after that.

Here you finish HS at 18. Then you have 6 years of college and another 4 years of specialization. She must had been 28 in that case as she has just finished her specialization. Still in her 20s but approaching 30s yeah, as young as a new orthodontist can be.

I don't think it's much different in the US, but there's enough competition that opening a practice that early seems difficult.
