Blackpilled Trimax surgeons who aren't butchers? e.g. Turkey, South America etc.

I have this bad feeling that my consult with Ramieri is going to be a waste of time and he'll be the same as my consult with Pagnoni.
I have nightmares of him telling me he won't operate on me or hell come out with some bluepilled bullshit like "beauty is subjective"

Has anyone had bimax/trimax in like Brazil or South America? Sao Paulo spawned loads of models and there's actual rich people there so there must be some good blackpilled surgeons.

I'm watching that Timothy Haireth guy to see if he gets botched in Turkey but Im' still scared of going there and getting fucked up at some bimax mill

I'm in this shit situation where I can only afford to spend like $100,000USD on everything from flights, accommodation, trimax + implants so going to the US to Gunson or Steinbacher or Walline or Bell is out of my price range

100K is wayyy more than enough for trimax + implants bro, you can check out Dr Andre Luis Bim in Brazil Sao Paulo, Dr Federico Becker in Brazil. Also Dr Mehrnoosh Dastaran in Melbourne since you live in Australia. She's the one who did the amazing work on that Asian guy and took him from recessed subhuman to a forward grown HTN in one operation. However she's a foid so I personally wouldn't trust her with my jaws being seperated from my skull but that's up to you. I think Brazil is amazing for Trimax and Implants cause it's cheap but the surgeons also produce great results.

- probably a few thousand for medical travel insurance specific to the country I'm going to
- trimax + implants will be $40-60,000
- anaesthetist fees $10-15,000
- hospital fees $20-30,000 out of pocket
- 3 weeks in a hotel with my own room and bathroom while I recover alone is gonna be $100 per day

All up it's over $100,000 total cost if everything goes right

I even talked about Coceanig and he laughed and politely said he didn't quite agree with Coceanig's ideas about surgery but left it at that.

yeah Im not even at the stage where I have a surgery plan or price quote I'm planning worst case scenario but its good to hear that hospital and anaesthesia is included in the price I just assumed ppl were talking about surgeon's fees only

Still, if something goes wrong and I have to say in the ICU for 1-2 nights then that's tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket

With your 100K you can do these surgeries 3 times minimum while having something left

But yeah in the us and other similar countries you pay more

He only wants to fix very obvious failos when it comes to the jaw

But he won't give you a Genio at all of you don't look extremely subhuman cause those are the actual cases that are easiest to ascend

He wouldn't touch a slightly or normally recessed Chin with a 10 foot pole cause he is bad at Genio despite releasing papers on it and he also recently stopped doing Genio widening because he thinks it looked bad when he did it which is true

He also had an underwhelming genio result posted on his Instagram where someone criticised him about him having to learn bone grafting properly which Ramieri took badly and said you make me laugh

Then he deleted the post a week later.....

I mean for bimax moevements and procedures etc he does ehat he want himself. But if you say you want bimax you get bimax even if you need something else. He isnt the one to give advice on overall looks since he isnt a plastic surgeon but a maxifacial function focused surgeon primary

my bimax was 11,000 including transportation to and from everything to do with it; airport to hotel to clinic to hospital whatever

implants will be $40-60,000

mine were like $1000 for a design fee plus 2500-4000 depending on which area the implant was for

- anaesthetist fees $10-15,000

included in the bimax fee

- hospital fees $20-30,000 out of pocket

included in the bimax fee

- 3 weeks in a hotel with my own room and bathroom while I recover alone is gonna be $100 per day

half included in the bimax fee (8 days of it; i paid another 12 or so out of pocket, but it was like $80 a night)

All up it's over $100,000 total cost if everything goes right

mine was just shy of 20,000 for everything including my travel costs and ct scans in the states (bimax, not trimax, but that likely would've added like 5000 maybe)
