Blah blah

While fruits offer some antioxidants, the Primal Diet provides superior nutrients for aesthetics. Animal-based foods like liver, egg yolks, and fatty cuts are richer in bioavailable vitamin A, collagen, zinc, and B vitamins—key for skin health and hormonal balance. Plus, unlike fruits, they don’t spike insulin with excess fructose.

Antioxidants aren’t exclusive to plants, and the body’s own antioxidant systems thrive better on nutrient-dense animal foods.
You should combine both for maximum health.

I saw some indian woman on ig reels promoting it just because it made her skin "whiter" (she was still chopped)
It's very stupid to believe that a Primal Diet, is going to fit the specific beauty standard present in your country?

Look your DNA doesn't know what the current beauty standard is. If your skin gets whiter, it's simply because it was in your genetics.

Why? When you can get the benefits of fruits WHILE avoiding the spikes of sugar from fructose

Beacuse you don’t get the full benefits.
Fruits provide benefits missing in a primal diet, such as polyphenols and flavonoids (for vascular and cognitive health), vitamin C (for collagen and immunity), and fiber (for gut health and glucose regulation). They also contain enzymes (like bromelain) and compounds that aid detoxification, which animal products lack.

I hate to talk about this topic so much beacuse diet is the most basic thing. Just eat a diet based on your body and your lack of micronutrients and eat by that diet nonstop

Polyphenols and flavonoids while having benefits can also act as plant toxins that the body must detoxify.

I agree. I do think you should eat meat and fruits, just that fruits should be a MUCH smaller part of your overall diet.

I really dislike both sides.

Israel is an ethno-state.

Palestine is a state riddled with Islamic bigotry and radicalism.

Both nations are in the wrong. It's ultimately going to be the will of the people that decides who is going to be right after this altercation.

“The great questions of the day will not be settled by means of speeches and majority decisions but by iron and blood.” - Otto Von Bismarck

Ultimately. There is no right or wrong. Just Power. And the ones who have it.

Nuke both lowkey
Israel is contributing so much to the world- she has significantly impacted the world through innovations in cybersecurity, becoming a global leader in protecting digital infrastructures. Its agricultural technologies, like genetically modified crops and desert farming, have revolutionized food production in arid regions. Israel is also a pioneer in artificial intelligence, particularly in autonomous vehicles and military applications. The country has made strides in space exploration, with its space agency advancing satellite technology and lunar missions. Additionally, Tel Aviv has emerged as a hub for startups and venture capital, fueling global tech innovation. These contributions have had a profound and lasting influence worldwide.

Unlike Muslims country who contribute nothing to the modern world

I do think that Israel is wrong about a lot of stuff. Internation third party organizations (e.g. Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch)

Have all concluded that the state has been using excessive force.

Operation Cast Lead (2008–2009)

Operation Protective Edge (2014)

Great March of Return (2018–2019)

Please check the sources beacuse this is what actually happened:

Operation Cast Lead-
A three week Israeli military offensive in Gaza, triggered by persistent Hamas rocket fire. It involved aerial strikes and a ground incursion, concluding with a unilateral ceasefire. Palestinian casualties exceeded 1,100, many civilians, while Israel lost 13 people. The operation drew widespread condemnation over alleged disproportionate force and humanitarian violations.

Operation protective edge -
A 50 day conflict initiated in response to escalating rocket attacks and the murder of three Israeli teens by Hamas. Israel targeted Hamas infrastructure and tunnels via air and ground operations. Over 2,100 Palestinians died, alongside 73 Israelis. Global reactions focused on civilian suffering and possible war crimes.

Great march of return-
A series of border protests by Gazans demanding the right of return and an end to the blockade by disturbing Israel rights . Israel responded with live fire, citing security threats and Hamas involvement. Over 200 Palestinians were killed, thousands injured. International observers criticized Israel’s rules of engagement and humanitarian toll.

All three of these events were driven by the reckless actions of extremist groups in Gaza. Israel has every right to defend itself against such attacks. Unlike Hamas, who hide under hospitals and deliberately endanger civilians, Israel takes measures to avoid civilian casualties. The higher Palestinian death toll is a result of Hamas using their own people as shields, not because Israel targets them.

Ok no shit? They still do it man.

And the worst part is that this is probably the least of the rules Hamas has broken during the war

You will def get more girls than just being handsome but the love won’t be real. It will be because your famous and girls will be with you because it’s an accomplishment for them
