What is the ideal ”diet” then?
A diet which you eat ALL you micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, etc.

“Just eat everything” theory is right

I don't think that the exchange of money through supply and demand has to necessarily always be conducive to higher social benefit.

I think the idea of providing universal services like healthcare and education should not be a matter of debate. But rather something that should be adopted in civilized societies.

Also, there's the fact that a totally capitalistic society will always lead to corrupt buisnessman winning in the end. As buisnessess that find loop holes and do the bare minimum of their legal obligations will always trump an ethical buisnessman.

Indeed. I reside in Israel, where there exists a socio-economic model known as a kibbutz, essentially a collectivist commune in which personal ownership is minimal, and resources are communally shared. It’s not “communal” in the trivial sense of exchanging toothbrushes, but rather embodies a tightly-knit, cooperative society wherein individuals contribute to one another through mutual aid, labor, and even the collective construction of infrastructure and housing.

Not exactly they aren’t essential, they just manage to cause harm without providing any real benefit.

They are actually good for you — you’ve just been conditioned by people here who criticize them because of the farmers using harmful chemicals on them.

Aren't they just sugar-bombs? Historically speaking, we ate fruits in order to put on weight before the winter. We don't gain any nutrients that is conducive to health that isn't already found in meat while eating fruits.

As with most things, there’s nuance, certain fruits such as bananas, apples, avocados, blueberries, and pineapples offer substantial nutritional and aesthetic benefits, while others like watermelon and mango, though palatable, are less favorable due to their high sugar content and lower nutrient density.

What exactly are these aesthetic benefits, that you speak off?

From my point of view, a ketogenic diet would help in debloating wouldn't it?

Appeal to Nature Fallacy.

They believe that our body will react best to the 'Primal Diet' as it is what we have evolved to eat for much of human history

Select fruits confer aesthetic benefits via antioxidant activity, collagen support, and hormonal optimization.
enhancing skin clarity, elasticity, and vascular definition.

Of course it would beacuse it very low on carbs.

While fruits offer some antioxidants, the Primal Diet provides superior nutrients for aesthetics. Animal-based foods like liver, egg yolks, and fatty cuts are richer in bioavailable vitamin A, collagen, zinc, and B vitamins—key for skin health and hormonal balance. Plus, unlike fruits, they don’t spike insulin with excess fructose.

Antioxidants aren’t exclusive to plants, and the body’s own antioxidant systems thrive better on nutrient-dense animal foods.
