Shit legit makes me wanna rope ngl.

Every single day multiple times a day I ponder why I am still alive. I don't have a good life.

I am 1) broke,
2) MTN at best,
3) Unsure if I could even run JBW game on ethnic hoes (I mean I got very white skin and blue eyes but eh is that even enough?)
4) Not fully NT,
5) Unsure if I will ever be able to surgerymax due to fucked up teeth and these faggot orthos want me to completely fix all my teeth (6 small cavities) before I can wear invisalign only to then get bimax for my recessed jaws ffs

I am already on day 2 of sub 25 g carbs keto diet btw. Shit's tough as hell, they say fat does satiate but im not sure if I can feel it


I'm already 27. For fucks sake.

Because unless you are morbidly obese it is too risky and can result in muscle loss. The body can't use ketone as energy for glycolic activities despite what keto proponents believe. You need some carbs to spare muscle loss as doing shit like building muscle requires glycogen to fuel the contraction.

Just eat low carbs but not keto level

I mean what if I eat the majority of carbs around the workout which I do 2x a day just weighted calisthenics

Also I am doing this primarily to save my teeth, lots of carbs have fucked up my teeth, im trying to starve the bacteria that fuck up my teeth

also im trying to get deep sleep via GHB which keto diet produces so to speak. Also some inflammatory shit I got will be cured by keto I hope

You sure? Like I just ate 200g of canned herring (fish) which is a bunch of oils and proteins and I feel kinda full. I also HATE fish

Protein is not fat duh protein is the most satiating closed followed by complex carbohydrates.

Then do it short term and maybe do more carbs peri workout then. But don't stay on for a long time. You can lose weight on carbs and maintain muscle. Ketosis is not necessary at all.

I floss 1x a day, brush 2-3x a day. My dentist told me my hygiene far is this routine is concerned, it perfect. It's the fact the carbohydrates feed the bacteria that kills your teeth unless you starve it.
