Why is one side of my face more bloated than the other? On one side i have no eye bags or fine lines near my nose but on the other side I do what could be the reason

Sleeping on your side maybe

1. almost everyone has some degree of facial asymmetry, fat pads, bones, etc...one side could just be trapping more fluid then the other due to genetics
2. could be sleeping on one side more then the other
3. one of the sides of your face could have a lymph blockage thats causing more fluid to be trapped
