How do I check if I’m bloated or fat (180cm 67kg, 15yo) I have decently popping vains on my shoulders and arms, but I feel like I have a lot of fat/ bloat on my face, is it possible my body just keeps a lot of fat in my face, or am I simply fat and coping

There are ppl who tend to have more fat in the face area yes but at 10-13% bf It might be bloat
So spam bananas
3-3.5L per day
try to avoid having alot of salt

just take potassium pills and dont eat fast food or foods that are high in sodium

Kinda late but check your bf percentage and if it's below 12% you're just boneless, on the other hand if it's above it cut the sodium and eat more potassium and 3.5L of water a day
