i've gained 2 inches on my arms in 3 months from creatinemaxxing, sodiummaxxing, and 200+g of protein and 3k calories.
No such thing as a "hard gainer", if you're skinnyfat, forget about cutting and start bulking up. sodium allows you to push out an extra rep or two, as well as increasing your total size.
Two days ago, i went out and everybody was staring at me, at my back, at my arms, and my chest. it's fucking lifefuel coming from someone who was 20-25% bf at 149lbs/5ft 10. I remember the days where kids picked on my twig arms, called me a stick, beat my ass in arm wrestling, etc. now it's ME who mogs everyone in strength.
I also suggest supplementing with fishoil, fish, spinach, magnesium, vitamin d, and a little bit of cardio due to bloatmaxxing being hard on your heart, it doesn't matter if your face is a little fat while bloating up, no one will fuck with a waterpuffedcel who also is strong. I will be starting to cut soon since i have gained size in both fat and muscle. id say mainly muscle though, so don't let that discourage you.
