Rhinoplasty to make alar base slightly less wide but mostly tipp reduction and projection, radix graft, comunella graft, possible midface augmentation
Delicate in order to not look like tranny but would look very good in her opinion
Lipp lift: Delicate lipp lift at best to not look like a tranny. Fst grafts to upper and lower lipp but especially upper lip cause i lack redness.
Genioplasty: Was in favor of widening 7mm+ but not sure about forward movements.
lateral commisuroplasty: not needed but doable.
