Doesn’t make sense tbh since I have gyno and all the typical low t symptoms.
Did some googling.

T:E2 ratio:
559 ng/dL ÷ 16.6 pg/mL = ~33.6

Typical “feel-good” range for most men is 40–60.

Yours is low, meaning estrogenic tone is relatively high compared to androgens, which fits perfectly with:
Gyno
Emotional sensitivity
Fat storage

His E2 is actually on the lower side.
With T levels at 559 ng/dL, which are average, I doubt your calculations, because if that was the case, a large majority of men would feel terrible, which realistically isn’t the case (even considering the present circumstances).
His free T is good actually, which is more relevant for his issues.

If Op wants an excuse for himself to roid, his blood test doesn’t support it.
He can obviously still do it, but his bloodwoork is totally fine, and most certainly not the reason for his issues.

Yes, and as I said, his E2 is on the lower end of the normal range.
While the T:E2 ratio might look better with even lower E2, that would actually be worse physiologically.
E2 is important, and moderately higher levels are more beneficial, even in men

Regardless something is wrong because I think I got fused growth plates + gyno + majority of poor t to e Balance symptoms

How old are you, 17/18? Mine fused around 15, so that’s totally normal. You’re right at the age where growth plates typically close.

Of course, it’s worth checking for any physiological causes just to be sure, but based on what you’ve shared, there doesn’t seem to be anything objectively wrong.
The nocebo effect can play a role, or maybe it’s just the pressure and desire to use gear, since it seems like everyone around here is doing it.
Definitely go to a specialist regarding the gyno, as that’s abnormal.
