alright so I’ve been bs’ing for a couple of days.

Primarily my zygos and mandible and sometimes my nasal bone and brow ridge.

I’ve been experiencing pain on my forehead (probs head trauma), what I wanted to ask though:

When does the inflammation/swelling I’m seeing, get permanent?

Which pharmaceutical compounds work synergistically with bs’ing?

Any tips?

Test and hgh work well with bonesmashing and make sure you do it lying down to prevent head trauma, but as long as you do it everyday you should have semi permanent inflammation just from doing it consistently.

Yes bonesmashing works it’s surprising how many people don’t think so, youd think the forum about looksmaxxing would actually have people who are knowledgeable about it.

But I’ve heard some looksmaxxers say it takes like 3 years for permanent results.

I dont think smashing the browridge is a good idea, also the swelling doesnt become permanent like that. But you will get SOME bone and scar tissue.

Yea its because people ask google and google says: it doesnt work. But what google means is that it doesnt work in a SAFE and PREDICTABLE way

Not in the sense of the bone growing. The bone in the face is very different from for example a shin bone. Actual progress is from scar tissue.

BS is a cope for poorfags that want something they can do without leaving their loser lifestyle.

on god it does lol JFL @ anyone that says it doesn't, theyre so inflexible that they're not even willing to try something that could genuinely change their lives

to my understanding there is no scientific evidence to the bone growth. Scar tissue can give the same wanted outcome though. If it works it doesnt work in the way you say... (at least I have never read a study that states this)

Definitely should not be experiencing pain. You should be doing about 100 strikes per area and in the beginning they don't even need to be that hard. The goal is to experience a small amount of bone soreness the following day, not to just fuck yourself up.

Growth happens super quickly in the beginning. You can experience actual bone growth in a matter of days and weeks, but it's not necessarily permanent. If you stop, the added bone mass will eventually be resorbed. The longer you do it, the denser the bone will become and the more permanent your results will be.
